WPP performs internal audits for you by thoroughly reviewing 30 warranty ROs and identifying any problem areas. We scrutinize each RO according to Policy and Procedure for management authorizations, add-ons, customer signatures, 3 Cs, mileage, tech punches, etc.

This program is designed to identify problem areas and assist in correcting problems before they get out of hand. These audits also assist in preventing potential manufacturer audits.
